Shipping and packaging

My aim is to get each piece I have made, delivered to you in perfect condition. I take a lot of care to ensure that this is how you receive them. Whilst packaging securely to protect each piece, I also want to minimise the impact on the environment. To that end, I use packaging that can be recycled or is biodegradable.

UK – If you would like to collect your order from me, please select this option at the checkout. All other orders will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class post. All orders over £100 will be sent free of charge.

International – I am unable to send orders overseas currently.

Return & Exchange Policy

I hope you are happy with your purchase. It is important to me that you are happy with anything you choose to buy from me. If you have any worries or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will try my best to help.

Great care is taken to describe each item on my website accurately, so please ensure you read the description and dimensions carefully. I take great pride in my work, and due to the nature of handmade pottery, every piece is unique and there may be minor imperfections or very slight variations from the photographs. These are not flaws in the piece, but simply reflect the unique character and charm of each piece and are a natural part of the handmade pottery process.

If there is a problem, then I will accept returns. Please contact me in the first instance so I can confirm the details and send you the return address. Items must be returned within ten days of receipt. Return shipping is your own responsibility. If any item is returned in a non-resalable condition (e.g. if it gets broken on the return journey) I will not be able to offer a refund. Please ensure you package the item very carefully. I recommend that the parcel is insured and a ‘signed-for’ service is used. Personalised items are non-returnable.

Gift Wrapping

I take immense pride in my work and that includes the presentation. So much love, effort and time is taken over each piece I make, and I like to follow that through with the unwrapping experience. All orders are generously wrapped in white tissue, with a brand label and handmade ceramic tag - all tied together with fresh and/or dried herbs and/or flowers and waxed cotton thread.

If you would like me to enclose gift note to your order (when sending directly to a recipient as a gift) please email me the message, along with your order number, and I will arrange this for you.
